Món súp cà rốt củ dền dinh dưỡng với công thức khá đơn giản và dễ dể các mẹ nấu cho bé ăn hay cả nhà dùng đều được đấy. Với sự kết hợp giữa cà rốt và củ dền ngọt tự nhiên thêm chút ớt chuông, hành tây giúp tăng hương vị cho món súp hơn. Các mẹ có thể làm món súp này cho bữa sáng hay bữa tối gọn nhẹ đấy.
Củ dền, cà rốt gọt vỏ, rửa sạch và cắt thành miếng nhỏ. Hành tây lột vỏ, cắt làm 4. Cà chua rửa sạch, cắt múi cau. Ớt chuông cắt lát. Tỏi lột vỏ. Cho củ dền, cà chua, ớt, tỏi, hành tây, cà rốt vào nồi hầm. Thêm 1/2 muỗng muối rồi chế 500ml nước nóng vào. Đậy nắp nồi và hầm rau củ khoảng 20 phút.
Khi tất cả nguyên liệu đã chín mềm thì tắt bếp. Mở nắp và dùng máy xay cầm tay cho vào nồi xay thật nhuyễn mịn hỗn hợp. Sau đó rây hỗn hợp súp qua một chiếc lược để lấy phần nước súp.
Đun nóng chảo, cho 1 muỗng bơ vào đun tan chảy rồi đổ phần nước súp đã lược vào, nấu sôi. Chế 80ml heavy cream vào, khuấy đều lên và tiếp tục nấu sôi vài phút là có thể tắt bếp. Múc súp ra chén, rưới thêm chút heavy cream. Đặc biệt bạn có thể cho mì vào ăn cùng hoặc dùng không nha.
